Abby is gone.

Sad. It's pathetic that I feel a deep sense of loss when my favorite character leaves. It's a TV show damn it! A TV show!
I loved it when she told off the new Mrs. Mean. I think I was partially aroused.
As far as medical care given, I was so distracted by the thought that this would be the last time I would see Abby that I forgive them for any and all mistakes they made.
Sigh....................

Came across your blog and had to chuckle. I'm an MR tech at a trauma hospital in the KC area. I love ER RNs - you guys rock, and you have to put up with so much CRAP! I get to scan some of the drug seekers too, and it just makes me LOVE my job.
Keep up sharing the stories - I think people that don't work in medical need to know just how scary it is out there! And those of us IN medical are a twisted bunch, and we love good stories! :-)
i miss abby too.. fortunately, there is a site where there aare MOST of the er episodes to watch... that way i pretend she hast left yet...
